New Decades and Old Decades

This annual exhibition opened, Friday, the 21st of August at the Victory gallery, Naval Marine Achive:the Canadian Collection, 250 Main Street, Picton Ontario. Our traditional opening date of the first Friday in May was unfortunately delayed due to the Covid pandemic, and under these circumstances we had a "soft" opening allowing suitable distances between our gusts and visitors.

Works by signature members were exhibited. Those participating were Yves Bérubeé/a>, John M. Horton, Jean Leroux, Wesley Lowe, Alan Nakano, Peter Rindlisbacher, Pim Sekeris, Stefan Starenkyj, Ray Warren and George Wilkinson.

Many used the theme of New Decades and Old Decades to portray new scenes in their artwork through the various mediums including watercolour, gouache, oil, acrylic and scrimshaw. Despite the Covid restrictions, our visitors enjoyed this new and exciting marine art show.
