Northern Seas and Arctic Skies

The 39th Annual Exhibition opened with the vernissage on Friday May 5th from 4pm to 7pm at the Victory gallery, Naval Marine Achive:the Canadian Collection, 250 Main Street, Picton Ontario, and continued for four weeks through June.

Works by signature members were exhibited. Those participating were Yves Bérubé, Dale Byhre, John M. Horton, Jean Leroux, Wesley Lowe, Alan Nakano, Peter Rindlisbacher, Pim Sekeris, Ray Warren and George Wilkinson.

Many used the theme of Northern Seas and Arctic Skies to portray new scenes in their artwork through the various mediums including watercolour, gouache, oil, acrylic and scrimshaw. Gallery visitors enjoyed this new and exciting marine art show.
